Immerse yourself in the beautiful healing vibrations & energies of Himalayan singing bowls & gongs with our guest sound healing practitioner Hannah Calvert. Suitable for all levels.
What to Expect:
The session will open with simple breathwork and guided relaxation whilst in a comfortable lying position.
The sound bath will then begin. Two gongs & various sized himalayan singing bowls are played creating different tones and rhythms, resulting in subtle vibrations, that bathe the participant with healing energy. Leave this session feeling physically & mentally calm and relaxed.

Scientific studies have been carried out on the effects of sound on our health and well-being, and sound therapy has proven benefits on our physical, mental and emotional well-being including:
Stress reduction, improved sleep, reduced anxiety, reduced physical pain and muscular tension, strengthening of the immune system, lowering blood pressure and an overall improved sense of well-being.
The sounds and vibrations of the instruments create a deep state of relaxation by slowing down brain waves from Beta (waking state) to Theta (near sleep, sleep, dreaming and REM) and Alpha (a relaxed state, prominent during day dreaming and meditation when heightened emotions such as bliss, peace and tranquillity can be experienced).ke a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. Contraindications
If you have epilepsy, suffer with severe mental illness or extreme anxiety this session may not be suitable for you. If in doubt, please consult your GP or Physician before booking a place.

This wonderful class led by Krista Wills, takes place on the last Friday of each month and focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation for both the mind & body. A perfect opportunity to unwind, let go of the burdens of a busy and hectic lifestyle and welcome in the new month with a fresh and full cup of positive energy.
Feel physical and mental stress melt away as you are guided through this very gentle 75 min Yoga practice, supported by Yoga props ( bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets and eye pillows) & focused breathing promoting deep rest and healing.
