In Autumn, nature prepares for dormancy, by letting go of the old and creating space for new growth.  Aligning with the natural rhythm of nature, we will work together on this day reteat through breath, movement & meditation to release what no longer serves us, allowing for a peaceful transition into winter stillness.

What To Expect On The Day
(timings may be subject to slight change)

The Morning:
Meditation & Warming Practice - 10.30am-12.30pm
Once you are settled in, the day will start with pranayama (breath work ) & a short meditation, before moving through a warming Yoga practice. We will move around the mat in a dynamic slow flowing sequence, leaving you feeling rejuvenated & re-energised. 

The Afternoon:
Lunch - 12.30-1.30pm 
A delicious 2 course vegetarian lunch will be provided and served by the wonderful Leo foods in Sydenham, in our own private dining space within the mansion house

Walking Meditation - 1.40 -2.00pm
After lunch, we invite you to join us for a guided silent walk within the stunning grounds of Beckenham place Park. This is an opportunity to take in some fresh air and surround yourself with the beauty of nature in the autumn season. Return from your walk refreshed and invigorated. Or, of course you are welcome to take this time for yourself.

Releasing Practice - 2.10-3.00pm
The first class of the afternoon will include various guided self massage and tension releasing techniques for different areas of the body, as well as a short chair based, gentle Yoga session to help transition into the final practice of the day.


Restorative Practice & Yoga Nidra: 3.10-4.00pm
This is now the time for deep rest and relaxation. This practice moves us towards stillness and complete relaxation, with just a few selected Yoga postures supported by various props. This wonderful restorative class will finish with Yoga Nidra (a deep guided relaxation) 


Light Refreshments & Goodbyes: 4.00-4.30pm
We will end the day with light refreshments (herbal/fruit teas/snacks) before saying our goodbyes.
